We take immense pride in the quality of every Lwang Black product that leaves our hands. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory for any quality-related reason, we will make it right — no questions asked.
Lwang Black is built on trust. Every bag of coffee is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare event that something goes wrong, our team is ready to act quickly.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in the original, sealed packaging.
- Coffee products that have been opened cannot be returned due to change of taste preference — coffee is a perishable food item.
- Non-coffee items (apparel, accessories such as French Press, Brewing Pot) can be returned within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item if it arrived damaged. This helps us process your request as quickly as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Refund Timelines
- Approval notification: Within 2 business days of receiving your return request.
- Refund processing: 5–7 business days after approval, credited back to your original payment method.
- Replacement shipment: Dispatched within 1–2 business days after approval if you prefer a replacement over a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened coffee products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers (unless damaged).
- Gift cards.
- Items reported after the 7-day return window.
